HC Deb 18 April 1901 vol 92 c604
MR. BARTLEY

I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War whether, as stated in the Report of the Board of Visitors upon the Royal Military Academy, Woolwich, for the year 1900, some of the cadets at sword exercise use wooden sticks to represent swords; whether he is aware that the Board urge that a supply of swords and all drill requisites shall be kept to meet requirements; and whether immediate steps will be taken to comply with the advice of the Board.

MR. BRODRICK

A supply of swords has been ordered.
