O'MALLEY (Galway, Connemara)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether, in the scheme for the payment of Irish teachers under the proposed new system of primary education in Ireland, any financial loss to the teachers will result in the matter of results fees and fees under the heading of Excise and Customs for the year ending 31st March, 1900.
