§ COLONEL KENYON-SLANEY (Shropshire, Newport)I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for War whether the Secretary of State will consider such an alteration in the standing Army Orders as would permit officers serving in the Militia above the rank of major, and by age free of compulory liability to service, to receive, while embodied, any retired pay or pension they may be drawing, as well as the pay which may attach to their existing rank.
