I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for War whether, during the twenty-eight days' training in this emergency year, the Secretary of State will sanction the pay of the Fife and Forfar Light Horse Volunteers, which brigade acted as a unit of the Imperial Yeomanry for the purposes of raising that force, being at the rate of pay of Yeomanry.

These Volunteers will be paid as cavalry. They will also draw a capitation allowance of £5 for a horse and the Special Volunteer Capitation Grant of £2 2s.
