§ CAPTAIN SINCLAIR (Forfarshire)I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for War whether, during the twenty-eight days' training in this emergency year, the Secretary of State will sanction the pay of the Fife and Forfar Light Horse Volunteers, which brigade acted as a unit of the Imperial Yeomanry for the purposes of raising that force, being at the rate of pay of Yeomanry.
