§ THE FINANCIAL SECRETARY TO THE TREASURY (Mr. HANBURY, Preston)With the view of improving the telegraph facilities at the places named by the hon. Member, the Postmaster General has authorised the erection of a new wire between Welshpool and Shrews- 740 bury. The work will be proceeded with as quickly as possible, and it will, the Postmaster General hopes, be completed next month.
