Mr. JOHN E. ELLIS reported from the Chairmen's Panel, That they had appointed Sir James Fergusson to act as Chairman of the Standing Committee for the consideration of Bills relating to Law, and Courts of Justice, and Legal Procedure, in respect of the Burial Grounds Bill and Borough Funds Bill; and that they had appointed Mr. Laurence Hardy to act as Chairman of the Standing Committee for the consideration of Bills relating to Trade (including Agriculture and Fishing), Shipping, and Manufactures, in respect of the Agricultural Holdings Bill.
