§ MR. A. J. BALFOURTo-morrow, as the House is aware, the Scotch Estimates will be taken. On Monday I hope to take the Second Reading of the Commonwealth Bill. As to Tuesday, the prospects are necessarily uncertain, but I hope we shall be able to finish the Second Reading stage of the Commonwealth Bill in the course of a night's discussion, and in that case I shall take first on Tuesday the Charitable Loans Bill; but I will not interfere further with private Members' rights than to take that Bill. On Thursday and Friday I propose to take Irish Supply.
