§ SIR GEORGE FARDELL (Paddington, S.)I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for War if officers of the Militia who volunteered for duty with the regular troops prior to the embodiment of the Militia battalions to which such officers belonged, and who continue to do duty with the Regular troops after their own Militia battalions were embodied, are to be considered as attached to and doing duty with their respective Militia battalions, and consequently as embodied.
