§ Sir JOHN KENNAWAYreported from the Committee on the Manchester and Liverpool Electric Express Railway Bill, That the parties promoting the said Bill had stated that the evidence of Samuel B. Cottrell, engineer to the Liverpool Overhead Railway Company, was essential to their case; and, it having been proved that his attendance could not be procured without the intervention of the House, he had been instructed to move that the said Samuel B. Cottrell do attend the said Committee this day.
§ Ordered, That Samuel B. Cottrell do attend the Committee on the Manchester and Liverpool Electric Express Railway Bill this day.
