§ SIR SEYMOUR KINGI beg to ask the Secretary of State for India whether he is now prepared, in accordance with his intimations in previous sessions, to lay upon the Table the correspondence 1094 between the Secretary of State and the Government of India in relation to the Indian Public Works Department, particularly in regard to memorials of 1889–90 from the civil engineers; and whether he will lay upon the Table the Government of India's despatch, P.W.D., No. 10 d 30/3/99.
