DEWAR (Edinburgh, S.)I beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury, as representing the Postmaster General, if he can say when the scheme of revision for the sorting branch of the Edinburgh Post Office, lately under the consideration of the Treasury, is likely to be authorised; and what is the cause of so much delay in the matter.
