LLOYD MORGAN (Carmarthenshire, W.)I beg to ask the President of the Board of Agriculture whether he has caused inquiries to be made by inspectors employed under the Board of Agriculture to discover whether the Muzzling Order has been efficiently carried out in the county and borough of Carmarthen; whether he will state the result of inquiries; and whether he hopes to be in a position to revoke the Order at an early date.
