§ MR. A. J. BALFOURMr. Brock, the sculptor, informs me that the full-sized, clay model is far advanced, and he hopes to have it completed by the end of June. I am sorry to say that the delay in the completion of the model is due to the long and painful illness from which Mr. Brock suffered last year.
