Motion made, and Question proposed, "That it is expedient to authorise the payment, out of moneys to be provided by Parliament, of the remuneration of any persons employed by the Board of Trade, under any Act of the present session for the better Prevention of Accidents on Railways, and of the Expenses incurred by the Board under such Act."—(Sir William Walrond.)
