MUNTZ (Warwickshire, Tamworth)I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for War whether he is aware that clothing and comforts forwarded for officers and men in the army in South Africa on 10th December last had not been delivered on 5th April, and whether there is any reason for such delay in the delivery of supplies which are so much needed.
