MR. A. J. BALEOURThe Australian Commonwealth Bill will not be taken next week. I hope it will come on Thursday week, but I can only give this negative pledge. I propose to take as the first Order on Monday next the Second Heading of the Uganda Bill, as, for financial reasons, it is necessary that that measure should be pressed on. After the Uganda Bill I shall not take Bills of such importance as the Companies Bill and the Housing of the Working Classes Bill, but some minor Bills.
