SWIFT MACNEILLI beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for War whether the Government have been in communication with Sir Redvers Buller or Sir George White, or either of them, as to any complaints made by the latter officer, directly or indirectly, of any treatment to which he has been subjected, or any attempts to supersede him; and, if so, will he consent to the publication of such communications.
