WARNERI beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for War how soon will some scheme of what is going to be done with the Royal Reserve battalions, Militia embodied in May and other Reserves be made, and when will it be made public so that officers and non-commissioned officers may know what arrangements to make for their wives and families.
