WEIRI beg to ask the Lord Advocate, seeing that the Fishery Board for Scotland stated last year that it was the intention of the Board to secure a new cruiser for the purposes of sea police patrol out of the funds allocated to the Board under the Local Taxation (Scotland) Act, 1898, will the Secretary for Scotland state the cause of the delay in advertising for tenders for the new cruiser.
