§ MR. SEELY (Lincoln)I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether, having regard to the large number of troops (Colonial, Volunteer, Yeomanry, and Reserve men, now serving in South Africa) who will be discharged at the conclusion of the war, the Government would have the medal which will be given for the South African campaign prepared so that it could be issued to the troops either in South Africa or immediately on their return, thus giving them an opportunity of wearing it while still in uniform.
§ MR. A. J. BALFOURI can assure my hon. friend that this matter will not be lost sight of.
