§ MR. FLYNN (Cork, N.)I beg to ask Mr. Attorney General for Ireland whether he can say what was the last date upon which the Assistant Land Commissioners sat in Kanturk, County Cork; is he aware that upon that occasion not more than half of the cases listed were disposed of; and in view of this fact and of the number of additional applications to fix a fair rent, whether the Land Commission will arrange for an early sitting in Kanturk.
§ MR. ATKINSONA Sub-Commission last sat in Kanturk in November, 1899. All the cases entered on the list for hearing before this Sub-Commission have been disposed of. There are only sixteen cases from the Kanturk district not yet listed for hearing. A further sitting of a Sub-Commission will be held at as early a date as practicable.
