§ MR. CAREW (Dublin, College Green)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he has any objection to grant the Return as to officers under the Local Government (Ireland) Act, 1898, which stands on the Paper for this day.
§ MR. ATKINSON (for Mr. G. W. BALFOUR)I do not think a Return such as is suggested would be of sufficient importance to lay on the Table. If, however, the hon. Member wishes to see a list of the names of the officers referred to, with their emoluments, I shall be happy to show it to him.
