O'BRIENI beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury, as representing the Postmaster General, whether he is aware that there are at present three fully qualified female substitutes in the Cork Telegraph Department awaiting appointments in the office for the past six years; and will he undertake that the next vacancies will be filled by one or other of these officers.
