I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland why the Irish Local Government Board have not provided for the proper conveyance of drugs from the various dispensaries of the Ennis Union when brought periodically to the clerk of the union for transmission for analysis.

The provision of proper conveyance of samples of drugs from the dispensaries to the clerk of the union for the purposes of analysis is a matter entirely for the consideration of the guardians themselves.
