BRYN ROBERTS (Carnarvonshire, Eifion)I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for War whether he is aware that during the siege of Kimberley Mr. Cecil Rhodes' organ, the Diamond Fields Advertiser, was suppressed by the military authority on account of its attacks on British generals, and that Mr. Cecil Rhodes, owing to his interference 31 with the local military authority, was threatened by such authority with arrest, and by whose orders was it that the arrest was not carried out.
