CHARLES M'ARTHUR (Liverpool, Exchange)I beg to ask the Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he can say what progress has been made in the construction of the four new lighthouses in the Red Sea—namely, those at Mocha, Zebair, Abu Ail, and Jebel Teir, which, it was stated last year, had been arranged for by the Porte with the Administration des Phares.
§ MR. BRODRICKNo progress in regard to the construction of these four new lights has been reported to Her Majesty's Government.
