HAMILTON, Middlesex, EalingI am informed that the Report of the Royal Commission on Indian Expenditure is complete, and has been approved by a majority of members. But 1311 other members have signified their intention of recording their opinions, and these are not yet ready. There is, however, every reason to expect that the Report, with the usual supplements and appendages, will be laid upon the Table shortly.
