HC Deb 19 March 1900 vol 80 c1187
SIR MARK STEWART (Kirkcudbrightshire)

I beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade whether any decision has been arrived at to remove the Buckland Collection from the South Kensington Museum, having in view the desirability of utilising it for giving national instruction in fisheries and pisciculture.

MR. RITCHIE

No, Sir.

SIR MARK STEWART

Is there any intention to remove it?

MR. RITCHIE

That is rather a matter for the Lord President of the Council.
