NUSSEYI beg to ask Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he is aware of the difference which exists between the stocks of corporations and those of district councils—the former where the population is over 50,000 being trust securities; whereas the latter, whatever the population or the rateable value, are not; and whether he will consider the advisability of bringing in a Bill to remove this difference.
