JOHN HUTTON (Yorkshire, Richmond)I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for War whether the first, second, and third battalions of the Yorkshire Regiment are now on foreign service; and, if so, whether it is the intention to at once embody the fourth battalion; and, if not, whether he will explain the reasons for not doing so.
