DEWAR (Edinburgh, S.)I beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury, as representing the Postmaster General, whether he can explain the prolonged delay in authorising the scheme for the revision of the sorting branch of the Edinburgh Post Office; and whether, seeing that this matter has been under consideration for more than a year, he can say when the scheme of revision is likely to be sanctioned and given effect to.
