I beg to ask the Secretary of *See The Parliamentary Debates [Fourth Series], Vol. lxxix., p. 900. State for India whether he has come to any decision in regard to the claim of the Church of Scotland that Presbyterian soldiers in India shall share in the use of churches built at the public cost for Protestants, and that such use shall be regulated by some other authority than the Bishops of the Church of England.
