MR. FIELD () Dublin, St. PatrickI beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade whether he has received a copy of a resolution passed by the Dublin Trades Council, requesting city builders and contractors to provide shelters where workmen can retire from rain and cook their food, and also requesting municipal councils and other public bodies to have a clause inserted in all future contracts providing such shelters; and whether the Board of Trade will take any steps to forward this movement by its influence and legislation.
