§ SIR MICHAEL FOSTER () London UniversityI beg to ask the Vice-President of the Committee of Council on Education whether in the impending organisation of secondary education, and more particularly in the appointment of a secretary, due regard will be had, apart from any special provision for technological training, to the importance of securing adequate recognition of scientific teaching in secondary schools.
