TENNANT () BerwickshireI beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he has yet received a Report from the Chief Inspector of Factories on the circumstances in connection with the proceedings against Messrs. Doulton; and, if so, what action he has taken to secure compliance with the special rules as by law established.
§ *SIR M. WHITE RIDLEYI have received the Chief Inspector's Report on this case. He has caused Messrs. Doulton to be warned that they must provide without delay the washing accommodation required by the special rides in force in their works. If they fail to do so, further legal proceedings will be taken.
