MR. PATRICK O'BRIENI beg to ask Mr. Attorney General for Ireland whether he can explain why there has not been a sitting of the Land Sub-Commission in Kilkenny for three years to deal with a large number of cases listed for the fixing of rent; and whether he can say when the Commission will sit.
§ MR. ATKINSONThe hon. Member has been misinformed. The last sitting of a Sub-Commission in Kilkenny was in April, 1899, and not three years ago, as stated. A Sub-Commission will hold another sitting there in the course of a few months.
