BAYLEY (Derbyshire, Chesterfield)I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for War when the Return asked for on 28th May and granted by the Government, of the number of officers and men who since the commencement of the present war have died or been invalided home from causes other than wounds received in action, will be laid upon the Table of the House.
