§ CAPTAIN DONELANI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, with reference to the Jubilee Fund of the Royal Irish Constabulary, whether inquiry will be made with a view to ascertain how far the force, who own the fund, have any voice in its management; and whether steps will be taken to have it placed entirely under the control of the subscribers.
