CHAMBERLAINThe grants in aid for steamer subsidies in the West Indies, viz.: of —5,000 taken on a Supplementary Estimate in July 1898, and of £35,000 included in the original Estimates for 1899–1900, are available to meet, and will more than cover, all payments due in respect to this service.
