JOSEPH WALTONI beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether a gunboat has been sent to Neu-Chwang to protect the property and lives of British subjects; and whether, as early as practicable, Her Majesty's Government will station armed guards along the Tientsin-Neu-Chwang Railway to prevent the further destruction of the line.
