ARTHUR O'CONNORreported from the Chairmen's Panel: That they had appointed Sir James Fergusson to act as Chairman of the Standing Committee for the consideration of Bills relating to Law, and Courts of Justice, and Legal Procedure in respect of the Executors (Scotland) Bill, the County and Borough Franchise Assimilation (London) Bill, the Sunday Closing (Wales) Act (1881) Amendment Bill, and the Veterinary Surgeons Amendment Bill, and that they had appointed Lord Edmond Fitzmaurice to act as Chairman of the Standing Committee for the consideration of Bills relating to Law, and Courts of Justice, and Legal Procedure in respect of the Elementary Education Bill.
