§ MR. HEDDERWICKI beg to ask the First Lord of the Admiralty whether he will consider the propriety of stationing a training ship at Portree, in the Island of Skye, to diffuse a knowledge of the benefits of the Naval Service, and act as a recruiting centre for the Navy in the Hebrides.
