§ MR. WILLIAM REDMONDI beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether he will arrange for a day to beset apart at an early date for the discussion of the condition of affairs in India arising out of the existence of plague and famine.
§ MR. A. J. BALFOURI have already indicated to the House, on a day when the hon. Member was not present, that I intended, under the special circumstances of the present year, to give a favourable opportunity for the discussion of the Indian Budget. The actual day I am not yet in a position to fix.
