PRICE (Norfolk, E.)I beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade whether he is aware that throughout the country there are complaints of motorcars being driven at excessive speed and without due care for the safety of the public, and that the difficulty of identification prevents many of the offenders being prosecuted; and whether he will consider the advisability of every motorcar being compelled to carry a distinctive number of such size and so placed as to render identification easy.
