PIERPOINT (Warrington)I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether he is aware that an Inter-Parliamentary Conference is to be opened in the hall of the French Senate on 21st July; and whether he proposes that authority or leave of absence should be given to any Members of this House to appear at that conference as representatives of this Parliament.
