HERBERT ROBERTS (Denbighshire, W.)I bog to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether, having regard to the continuance of the condition of affairs in India arising out of the famine, and in view of the desirability that a convenient opportunity should be given to the House to discuss questions of vital interest to the people of India under the present circumstances, he will arrange to take the Indian Budget at an earlier date this session than is usually the case.
