§ MR. G. W. BALFOURThis, my third Bill, is intended to enable guardians or unions in Ireland to send children to schools or institutions not situated in those unions, and also to enable them in certain cases to exceed the limit of land now allowed to be set apart for the erection of labourers' cottages.
Bill to amend the Poor Relief (Ireland) Acts, 1838 to 1892, with respect to relief given by the maintenance of lunatics and children, and with respect to the quantity of land which may be acquired under those Acts, ordered to be brought in by Mr. Gerald Balfour and Mr. Attorney General for Ireland.
