§ *MR. WYNDHAMAs I have already told the House, I am not prepared to anticipate by way of question and answer any exercise which the Secretary of State for War may see fit to make of his discretion as to the publication of the despatches and reports on military operations.
§ MR. LAFONEAlthough men who were shut up in Ladysmith have been home two months, we have yet no official information of what took place there.
