PATRICK O'BRIENI beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether Lord Londonderry has intimated 181 to Lord Salisbury his desire to resign his position of Postmaster General, in order that His Grace the Duke of Norfolk, who has been serving with the Army in South Africa, may, if he so desires, resume that office on his return to England.
