DEWAR (Edinburgh, S.)I beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury, as representing the Postmaster General, if he can now say whether the scheme of revision for the sorting branch of the Edinburgh Post Office, which he stated was under the consideration of the Treasury in March, and on other occasions intimated would be decided very shortly, is likely to be sanctioned before Parliament rises.
